Family Heirloom Paintings
an artist-guided experience for your family or group

In-Person in Pittsfield, MA

You and your family will come to my art studio at the Clock Tower in Pittsfield to create a painting to keep as a memory.  Once you select your colors, each family member will take a turn in adding their creativity to the canvas using acrylic and water-borne paint mediums supplied by the artist. You may also bring copies of photos or other items that may be added to the painting as a collage or use as inspiration.

After you finish the painting, I will let it dry in my studio, I will paint the sides, add the final protectant varnish, and wire the painting so that it is ready to hang in your home.  All materials and methods used will be professional-grade and gallery ready. This is a fun experience for the family that results in a meaningful heirloom in your home.

WHO: Up to ~6 of your favorite family members or friends.

WHAT:  For ~90 minutes, you will team up to create a work of art. I will contact you to find out more information about your group and what you want to see on your painting!

WHEN:  I will contact you to schedule a date.

HOW:  Bring yourselves, clothes that may get paint on, and any memorabilia you may want to attach to your painting permanently.
