This past summer, I painted this artwork as a demonstration at the Frelinghuysen Morris House and Studio (HOME - frelinghuysen.org).  I walked the participants through my process of listening to the music and assigning color and texture to the different sounds of this particular Shostakovich masterpiece. I felt honored to have had a large showing, which included a bear (at a safe distance, but still a bear!).  And now, this painting is here for all to see!  

Notes: All artwork is painted using professional-grade materials. The painting is sealed with a UV protectant and acrylic varnish to keep the colors vibrant forever. This painting is NOT FRAMED, but it is wired and ready to hang in your home!
